Miftah Projects manages entire construction processes – Turn Key, or partial processes, as required. The company’s services can be provided in a modular manner, with relation to consulting, design, manufacture, inspection, training, maintenance and implementation, even if the work at hand doesn’t entail a complete construction project.

Mapping of Needs (Service can be provided separately) 

The first stage of our work begins with the mapping of needs. We meet with the customer on site, understand the range of needs relating to the establishment of the roofed construction and the crop itself. The scope of data gathered is large and relates to the type of crop, soil data, location, drainage, access paths, winds regime and more. Rigorous collection of the customer’s entire needs enables us to approach the design thoroughly and efficiently, while adapting a unique solution for each project.

Design (Service can be provided separately)

The design process relies on mapping of needs and based on maximum efficiency. This efficiency is reflected in the relationship between the amount of material required for building the structure, durability and quality of the building, while maintaining the project’s budget. The planning process is carried out by a building practical engineer, with extensive knowledge and experience in design of loads and skilled at producing a detailed quantities list. Each area is designed individually, using a completely computerized process based on a drawing software, hence adapted to the customer’s needs with maximum accuracy.

Manufacturing (Service can be provided separately)

Upon approval of designed-based price offer, the manufacturing process begins at the company’s plant. The company’s logistics network takes care of procurement and supply of equipment, allowing continuous production at the plant. The range of net house components is produced, packaged and tailored to the needs of the construction on site: poles, nets, cables, joints and more. Factory products undergo monitoring and testing before shipped to the project’s site. Construction materials are loaded and transported to the construction area.

Construction and Maintenance (Service can be provided separately)

Each project has its own special character and needs, affecting logistical planning and execution. The execution process starts in team meetings and the manager briefing the project staff. The performance takes into account a complex of logistical considerations affecting work efficiency and safety. Our work teams are highly skilled, insured and trained by the Department of Labor to work at high altitudes. Beyond Roofing work, construction of a net house includes trellis solutions and support for various crops, in accordance with the crop growing needs. Upon completion of the setup process, Miftah Projects maintains and supports constructions that undergo natural weathering processes
